The 2017 Comprehensive Child Protective Service "CPS" Report
Published in the Huffington Post June 2017. Children in foster care are disproportionately targeted by traffickers, with estimates suggesting 50–60% of trafficked youth have CPS/foster care history, though exact numbers are unavailable.
In applying geospatial technology upgrades for Operation MARIANA, it became necessary to develop the heat map of the above Global Human Trafficking Report in order to narrow down surveillance areas. While whole Earth image processing is possible, that consumes more data processing, time, and cost. This caused our crew to put on their detective hats and dig deeper into the dark depths of human trafficking.
The truth is something most do not understand, would prefer not to consider, and remains impeded by ongoing myths and narratives circulated among the anti-trafficking industry.
Truth #1: It’s easier to be a governmental, law enforcement, politician, and journalist grifter adhering to the established narrative on human trafficking than it is to face the truth and prosecute the organized crime. Easier and preferable to be the fair weather heroes busting individual, lone wolf pedophiles and small pervert rings — perpetuating the myth that it’s all about sex perverts. This has remained the U.S. Gov narrative for decades, and so local law enforcement tends to buy it while everyone knows something is fishy when they see cases similar to Epstein just repeatedly covered up for decades. Allowing that myth to perpetuate for decades then has the public wondering why their own U.S. Gov would be senior partners in HHS trafficking of over 320,000 missing border children. 🤔
Truth #2: It’s not just about sex, pedophiles, “minor attraction”, and forced labor. It’s about violence and industrialized murder and organ trafficking in recent decades. Repeated rape, torture, horrible things done to children and adults, cruelty unimaginable and unthinkable to any decent people that leaves you traumatized just to think about or see. It is evil to horror movie levels in real life and beyond; for their occult in Hollywood loves to condition the public to normalization of these things via media — movies, TV, music, video games, culture; Dehumanization and desensitization.
Once understanding those two truths, law enforcement and intelligence are no longer operating in the blind. No longer diverted and distracted from targets. What remains is then whether or not they have the courage and incorruptible organizational backup to combat the global mafia and terrorism embedded in their own governments, militaries, “charitable” NGOs, foster care, schools, hospitals, churches, and police system.

This is an excellent historical book for anti-trafficking investigators. It is a difficult read, however. The author himself notes in the preface having been glad to be done with writing it. It is not a pleasure read at all, but a necessary one that should be one of the prerequisite research materials for any anti-trafficking investigator, police, military, intelligence, and government officials. For those with a morbid fixation on crime stories and the Jerry Springer circus that has been the Epstein case distraction, they might enjoy the 368 pages of history decades leading up to Epstein and the far larger industry.

The plan was to relegate the Presidency to the purely ceremonial role played in 2023 by President Joe Biden. Who himself having been a Senator from Delaware, has the DuPont family to thank for his political career. Biden's first senatorial campaign was fully funded and staffed by DuPont employees in the early 70s. His victory party was held and celebrated in a DuPont ballroom, and soon after his family moved into an old DuPont family mansion. As Biden put it himself in the 1980s, he prostituted himself to these people. And when a member of the DuPont family raped his 3 year-old daughter, Joe Biden’s son Beau as district attorney decided not to prosecute the case. Joe Biden shared a questionable relationship with his own daughter, whose leaked diary, and the authenticity of this diary is confirmed by Ashley Biden herself, contained the following entry: “Hyper-sexualized @ a young age. What is this due to? Was I molested? I think so – I can’t remember specifics but I do remember trauma – I remember not liking the Woolzacks’ house; I remember somewhat being sexualized with [a cousin]; I remember having sex with friends @ a young age; showers w/my dad (probably not appropriate). Snuff film underground industry escalated from pictures and fakes to 8mm and VHS home video technology from the late 1960’s to 1980’s (with some of the participant-victims and young perps still in their age 60’s to 80’s today, operational, and grooming new networks).

Patterns of children in captivity are first to prostitution, porn, and labor networks as commonly known. Monetized.
Children become a liability harder to control by tween and teen years. Some buy time by participating in the kidnap and murder cults. Most in captivity probably know their fate and, therefore, comply in order to avoid it. This truth on their industrial slaughter is why so few survivor reports are ever known to the public. It is amazing how we all just are “groomed” to not think about this outcome. Deep down, we have a nagging sense on it but just never ask the question: Where do the missing go? A delusional hope they’re still alive out there. Reality? Over the age of 12 becomes less likely.
Underground literature trains these RICO networks in methods — procurement, mutual commerce, child breakdown, body disposal, etc. Multiple convicted serial killers (“Clown killer” Gasey, Charles Ng & Leonard Lake, etc.) perceived as lone wolves or small rings were part of these larger networks with their minors as assistants often evading prosecution only to continue the industry to present.
Alan Dershowitz’s name surfaces in defense of the networks long before his Epstein file handler status.
In the mid 1970s law enforcement in New York started to receive tips from, “very reliable underworld sources there are eight snuff films being circulated. Viewers at private screenings, he said, pay up to $200 to witness the filmed killings. . .He indicated the films begin with an actress and several actors engaging in a variety of sex acts. Soon, however, a knife appears, and the actress is stabbed to death and dismembered.” Alan Dershowitz, a renowned civil liberties advocate for New York’s Eastern Establishment, wouldn’t help put these rumours to rest, when in 1977 he felt the need to defend the legality of privately screened snuff film events, provided the victims featured in them had been murdered overseas.(Dovey 2023)
Biden pedophile allegations history begins in the 1970s as groomed by DuPont family members. Many elite names. General Motors senior staff. So many.

Most children become victims of psychological torture and programming into obedience for prostitution. An unknown amount are used for setting up clients in sex scandal pornography. From the 1970s to 1990s, the market price per slaughtered child ranged from hundreds to thousands of dollars. Porn and snuff arose to increasingly monetize the exploitation and murder. High-end services to VIPs (intelligence and Epstein-similar honeytraps evolved alongside that in additional monetization).
Earliest known organ trafficking (for higher value transplant) seems to have emerged in Brussels / Bavarian / Germanic murder cults evolving to industrial scale today where it appears the average time in captivity, prostitution, and torture may be reducing a bit in favor of industrial organ markets (battery and butchery injure higher value organs).
Known is some 3 years average time in captivity (infants and children preferred; Teen to 30s slaughter ages). Older victims become too difficult to control, escapee risks, silence breach risks increase. Therefore, slaughter, snuff, and organ harvesting pattern begins at mature organ development age for harvesting. Anywhere over ~13 years-old is lower probability of a live victim rescue.
High-end snuff tends to predominate the younger ages from infant to teen.
Lower-priced pedophile brothels and forced labor are markets for surviving teens until used up and too old for client interest. However, these victims unless tightly controlled are tracked for slaughter and monetization mostly for organs and / or snuff industry. Each above teenage years are worth potentially over $1M fully organ and blood harvested and only need a livestock feedlot holdover that at least earns their keep.
An unknown lesser number are tracked to abuse-torture clubs (Hostel movie scenarios) and/or hunting clubs (Hunger Games scenarios).
European history and fetish for butchery are the earliest known origins to most cells, though the cults are international and ancient occult in history.

How to Reduce the Demand and Recover Victims Still Alive?
Have the courage to dig into HHS fully — with a focus on severing any capacity to blend black market organs and blood with legitimate sources. Verify all records from “donor” to recipient. Zoom in on questionable records. Investigate all hospitals and “foster care” facilities and NGOs related. Live children still have a couple years left in captivity before slaughtered. Reduced income from organ and blood trafficking severely removes incentives to traffic and slaughter more.
Close off ability to export live victims and their organs by seaport, airports, and ground. Improve tracking capacities (Operation MARIANA, etc.). Trump administration border lockdowns will only shift the demand to more abductions from the American population and international victims for 2025 to 2028. HHS expanded ease of organ transport by airlines as the lowest cost, most rapid options…so focus investigators also there. Each organ has a timeframe for transport by cooler (not frozen) which are visible on FLIR inspection of ground and air. Shipping containers, cargo vans, vehicles, and private aircraft are live transport means. New formats of aerial & geospatial intelligence can help there along with AI analysis (Operation MARIANA methods and other).
Since federal government is so corrupted by the industry and its senior partner, it is up to mostly private organizations, state governors, state police, sheriffs, and police chiefs having not sold their souls to maintain and escalate the fight. As can be seen in the heat map, the victims are extensive. The Epstein-like cells are around 5k to 20k in America alone. The pipelines are even fewer. Their venues to traffic in black market organs and blood are far fewer. Where unable to prosecute, simply disrupt, disrupt, disrupt and liberate, liberate, liberate the living. Always display the ongoing progress, crimes, and perpetrators to the public.
